Who We Are
Primarily a volunteer organization, Patriot Resilient Leader Institute (PRLI) employs two full time and one part time staff members. Our dedicated Board of Directors of veterans and local professionals oversee all operations and programming.
STAFF
Matthew Dubois, Executive Director
mdubois@camp-resilience.org A native of Dover, NH and retired Navy Captain, Matt has served the United States for over 30 years, both in uniform and as a civilian, serving twice as a Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense (DASD). He is a highly experienced leader, executive, and decorated Navy veteran. During his years as a DASD for Reserve Integration, he was responsible for policy and funding of all seven National Guard and Reserve components. He provided leadership for the Department of Defense transition to veteran enterprise providing transition services to over 250,000 service members each year. He was also the chairman of the whole of government, interagency Transition Executive Council. Additionally, he exercised primary responsibility for unique Reserve Component programs to include the DoD STARBASE program, National Guard Youth Challenge, Military Reserve Exchange Program, Innovative Readiness Training program, Reserve Component Family Programs, and the Employer Support of the National Guard and Reserve. Before that he was the DASD for Materiel and Facilities responsible for developing and exercising policy guidance and overall supervision of National Guard and Reserve materiel, maintenance, equipment, sustainability, facilities, energy, and military construction requirements for the Defense Department’s seven Reserve components. |
Alyssa Tetreault Mosher, Program Coordinator
amosher@camp-resilience.org Alyssa graduated from Champlain College with a BS in Business Administration and a minor in Accounting in 3 years. She moved back to the White Mountains where she grew up and worked in the community at Chalmers Insurance Group. She brings 10 years of experience in customer service and client relationships as well as a diverse skill set to her position. She worked with a non-profit her first year at Champlain and is excited to get back to her roots. Alyssa has spent all of her life enjoying the outdoors of New Hampshire and is excited to share the adventure with new and returning veterans, first responders and their families. Alyssa lives in the White Mountains with her husband Mike, police canine Maverick and rescue dog Bree. |
Kimberly Baker, Development Coordinator
Kbaker@camp-resilience.org Kimberly graduated from Western Michigan University with Bachelor of Science in Practical Writing and a minor in History. She received a Grant Writing certification from Marygrove College in Detroit, Michigan. Kim has been active in the First Responder community in New Hampshire as a National Registry Advanced EMT and a NHEMT-A. She was previously with the Fire Service and volunteers with the Lakes Region Search and Rescue Team. Kim has been involved with National Ski Patrol for fifteen years as a senior skill level patroller, Instructor, and Instructor Trainer. She has been involved directly or indirectly with nonprofits for fifteen years; writing grants, warrant articles, proposals and organizing capital campaign projects and fundraisers. Kim and her husband Craig have raised three sons in the beautiful Lakes Region of New Hampshire, and still proudly call it “home.” |

Shelley Carita, MBA, MS CED
Development Chair Shelley Carita lives in Meredith and is the former Executive Director for the Partnership for Public Health. She has close to 30 years of successful non-profit leadership experience, specializing in fund development and marketing. Shelley is a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) and provides fundraising consultation to non-profit organizations in New Hampshire. |
