We will be sending you an email soon with the next steps as well as the Background Check Authorization Form and the Volunteer Curriculum. If you would like to get a jump start on those materials you can find them below. 

Background Check Authorization Form

Please complete, sign and have the Background Check Authorization form notarized. Once notarized you can email it to info@camp-resilience.org, fax it to (855) 335-8252 or mail it to PO Box 7384, Gilford, NH 03849. Once received we will pay for and mail the check in for processing.
