Guided by skilled facilitators, participants will engage in meaningful conversations about their lived experiences. These stories will be thoughtfully woven into a collaborative, original song that reflects the voice and journey of the group. The process is supportive and creative.

In addition to songwriting, the retreat includes a variety of art-based programs and mindfulness activities designed to promote relaxation, self-expression, and overall well-being. This retreat offers a welcoming space to build connection, explore creativity, and be part of something meaningful.
